Power Supervisor

 (1 person position) 

 

 


 

Job Responsibilities:

 

1. Be responsible for the normal operation and daily management of various systems in the company's power workshop;
2. Measure, manage and assess the energy consumption of the power system in each production workshop, review and formulate the company's annual energy and power spare parts budget and consumption quota, formulate energy use plan, and regularly organize the energy consumption analysis and statistical assessment of the power system;
3. Establish and improve the power equipment system and energy management system of the company to ensure that they meet the production needs of various production departments and the development requirements of the company;
4. Organize and implement the improvement and innovation management of the company's power equipment, and be responsible for organizing personnel to carry out technical inspection on the newly arrived equipment;
5. Be responsible for the management, use and scrapping of fixed assets of the Department;
6. Other work assigned by the leader.

 

Job Requirements:

 

1. College degree or above, major in Electromechanical, electrical, mechanical and other related majors;
2. At least 3 years related working experience, project construction experience is preferred;
3. Strong analysis, management, organization and coordination skills and good communication skills.

 

Mechanical structure engineer

(1 person position)

 

 


 

Job Responsibilities:

 

1. Participate in the feasibility investigation of product project initiation and system scheme design;
2. Draw up structural design scheme and project plan, research and develop new structure and new technology, and improve product performance and quality;
3. Undertake the detailed design of product structure and parts;
4. Undertake the development, commissioning and related technology of the prototype;
5. Design and manufacturing oriented tolerance analysis (DFMA);
6. Conduct mold review with manufacturing engineer;
7. Mold sample review, design change and final acceptance of parts;
8. Provide mechanical support for EMI, ESD, safety and reliability tests;
9. Solve problems in product development, problem tracking and discuss technical problems with customers;
10. Provide technical support for mass production of products; Experience in structural design of fluid mechanics
